Abstract
O presente Relatório de Estágio apresenta o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio curricular
do 2º Ano do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação da Universidade Portucalense Infante D.
Henrique.
principais problemáticas o desemprego, o emprego precário, a precaridade económica, o
As atividades
saberes, adquirindo deste modo novos conhecimentos.
This study presents the work developed within the scope of the curricular traineeship of the 2nd Year of the Master's Degree in Educational Sciences of the Portucalense University Infante D. Henrique, under the supervision of Prof. Sandra Fernandes, PhD. The internship took place in the Community Center of IPSS Florinhas do Vouga, in the social response "Meninarte / Atelier Juvenil" in the scope of Social and Community Intervention and took place from November 2016 to August 2017. The methodology followed a Participatory Action-Research approach. An initial diagnosis of the participant´s needs was carried out at the start of the project, to better understand the social reality of the context, through a set of methods and techniques of data collection (participant observation, documentary analysis, informal conversations and a questionnaire survey), in order to identify the problems, needs and potential of the participants. The data obtained from the research revealed as main problems unemployment, precarious employment, economic precariousness, demographic aging, loneliness and consequent isolation and social exclusion, but also some characteristics about the target population. This diagnosis of needs motivated the elaboration of a project of social and community intervention entitled "Viver com +", whose purpose was to promote the active participation of the population of the Neighborhood and Urbanization of Santiago and the establishment of affective and community relations with a view to the improvement of quality of life of this population. The Project focuses on four main areas of action: Education for Citizenship, Education for Health, Cultural Education and Adult Education and Training. In general, the intervention project was considered adequate by the participants, and was positively evaluated by them, who experienced moments of conviviality and sharing of knowledge, through the different activities thus acquiring some knowledge. Also in this logic, this project contributed to the improvement of the quality of life and well-being of the participants of the community, promoting active participation and the development of affective and community relations.
