Abstract
O presente relatório surge da oportunidade da realização do estágio curricular
para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão pela Universidade Portucalense,
desenvolvido na empresa Astrolábio - Orientação e Estratégia S.A., entre 6 de
Março e 6 de Julho.
Com a realização do estágio, surge a oportunidade de contactar com a realidade
das empresas, e a forma como estas operam e se organizam no seu dia-a-dia e
principalmente a forma como estas foram influenciadas pela crise que se abateu
na Europa. A capacidade de resiliência das empresas portuguesas, face à
situação, fez com que as empresas criassem novos cenários e alternativas que
divergissem deste desígnio de mercado, sendo importante responder à questão
de como se encontra o estado atual de arte da internacionalização das empresas
portuguesas.
No momento em que economia global é cada vez mais dinâmica, torna-se por
demais evidente, o imperativo da escolha da internacionalização, uma vez que a
economia portuguesa se concentra essencialmente em pequenas e médias
empresas, independentemente do setor de atividade, que procuram retirar
vantagens competitivas e a dinâmica dos mercados internacionais, bem como a
oportunidade de expandir e diversificar negócio, sendo determinantes no seu
sucesso ou insucesso.
Por fim, reconhecer as dificuldades verificadas pelos empresários no que ao
complexo processo burocrático diz respeito, durante de internacionalização,
procurando responder, se a experiência dos empresários e as diversas entidades
e o conhecimento das mesmas, influência na capacidade de resolução dos
problemas e até onde esse compromisso é eficaz no decorrer do processo.
Aliado a uma estratégia e planeamento empresarial resultará num dinamismo
para as empresas a nível internacional e que se refletirá de forma positiva na
economia.
This report arises from the opportunity of the curricular internship to obtain a master’s degree in management from Portucalense University, developed at Astrolábio - Orientação e Estratégia S.A., between March 6 and July 6. With the realization of the internship, there is an opportunity to get in touch with the reality of the companies, and the way they operate and organize in their dayto- day life and especially the way they have been influenced by the crisis that has hit Europe. The resilience of Portuguese companies, given the situation, caused companies to create new scenarios and alternatives that diverged from this market design, and it is important to answer the question of how the current state of art of internalization of Portuguese companies. At a time when global economy is becoming more dynamic, it becomes clear the imperative of the choice of internationalization, since the Portuguese economy concentrated essentially small and medium-sized companies, regardless of the sector of activity, sought to obtain competitive advantages and the dynamics of international markets, as well as the opportunity to expand and diversify business, being determinant in its success or failure. Finally, the difficulties encountered by entrepreneurs in relation to the bureaucracy process, during internationalization process, trying to respond, if the experience of the entrepreneurs and the different entities and the knowledge of them, influence the capacity to solve the problems and a need for an engagement for this commitment is effective throughout the process. Allied to a business strategy and planning will result in a dynamism for the companies at international level and that will reflect positively in the economy.
