Abstract
A internet é parte incondicional do quotidiano das pessoas pelo que é
impensável deixar passar despercebido o potencial desta como meio difusor e
transmissor de informação. Ao não conseguir reutilizar tais capacidades no
ensino, estaremos a cavar um fosso profundo entre os professores e alunos que
cada vez mais são internet dependentes.
Neste contexto, as ferramentas web X.0, ferramentas web das gerações da
internet passadas, presentes e futuras, nem sempre são utilizadas no dia a dia da
melhor forma pelos alunos, sendo mesmo muitas das vezes um entrave tanto ao
sucesso escolar destes, como à qualidade do ensino prestado pelos professores.
O objetivo desta dissertação é construir um modelo que seja capaz de aferir
o grau de funcionalidade das ferramentas web e que permita aos professores
perante um determinado conteúdo pedagógico escolher qual das ferramentas
web melhor se adequa no auxílio da transmissão do mesmo.
Uma parte do estudo utiliza uma metodologia qualitativa para a criação dos
parâmetros de validação das ferramentas web, a outra parte usa uma
metodologia quantitativa na avaliação do modelo. A aferição do modelo é feita
em dois momentos distintos: um realizado numa fase experimental com o
propósito de testar a fórmula de validação das ferramentas web mais utilizadas
no mês da análise, e outro efetuado com base em dois estudos de casos reais
que permitiram validar as ferramentas web selecionadas pelos formadores que
participaram no estudo, sendo analisados uma série de resultados estatísticos
úteis para a conclusão do projeto.
De referir que o presente projeto incide única e exclusivamente sobre o
território nacional, sabendo no entanto da importância do alargamento do
estudo do mesmo a nível internacional não só para consolidar o projeto como
também para o tornar mais credível. Temos no entanto também consciência da dimensão que este iria tomar não sendo neste momento de todo exequível,
optando assim por fasear o mesmo ficando o estudo do que está a ser feito a
nível mundial para considerações futuras.
The internet is unconditional part of the daily life of people and it is unthinkable to pass unnoticed the potential of this medium as a diffuser and transmitter of information. When you can not reuse such skills in teaching, we will dig a deep gap between the teachers and students who are increasingly dependent on internet. In this context, web tools X.0, web of the internet generations past, present and future tools are not always used in day to day right by the students, even if often an obstacle both to the success of these schools, as the quality of education provided by teachers. The aim of this work is to build a model that is capable of measuring the degree of functionality of web tools and enabling teachers before a certain pedagogical content choose which web tools best suited to aid the transmission of the same. A part of the study uses a qualitative methodology for the creation of validation of web tools parameters, the other party uses a quantitative methodology in the evaluation of the model. The calibration of the model is made at two different times: an accomplished at an experimental stage in order to test the formula validation of web tools most used in the month of analysis, and other made based on two real case studies that allowed validate web tools selected for trainers who participated in the study, analyzed a number of useful statistical results for the completion of the project. Note that this project focuses solely on the national territory, however knowing the importance of the study of the same enlargement internationally not only to consolidate the project but also to make it more credible. However, we are also aware of the scale that it would take not being feasible at this moment of all, so opting for the same phase in getting the study of what is being done globally for future considerations.
