Abstract

Neste trabalho, a partir do tratamento dado pela comunicação social escrita e pelos novos meios de comunicação, como seja a Internet e as redes sociais virtuais, oferece-se uma reflexão sobre os estereótipos negativos existentes contra as mulheres imigrantes brasileiras em Portugal. The present study provides an overview of the discussion of the negative stereotypes against Brazilian immigrant women in Portugal, when treated by the press and the new media, especially the Internet and virtual social networks.
