Abstract
A presente dissertação para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Administração e Gestão da
Educação tem como objetivo central analisar o papel da Academia Militar do Exército
(AMEx) na transmissão de valores para a construção de uma autêntica cidadania
angolana.
O estudo teve lugar na AMEx localizada no município do Lobito, província de
Benguela em Angola. Dos 520 cadetes matriculados no ano letivo de 2013 à 2017 que
corresponde a 100% trabalhou-se com uma amostra de 251 que corresponde a 48,2% da
população. Os cadetes frequentam o 3º e 4º ano das diversas especialidades (12),
selecionados de forma aleatória. Para a recolha de dados sobre o objeto de estudo
aplicou-se inquéritos por questionário.
A análise dos dados dos inquéritos por questionário aplicados aos cadetes desta
Instituição de Ensino Superior, permitiu confirmar as informações apresentadas na
fundamentação teórica no que tange a importância dos valores na formação dos futuros
oficiais do Exército que servirão a pátria, como tal o patriotismo foi o valor mais
assinalado no estudo empírico seguido da Liderança, Sentido de Honra e Dever,
Respeito, Rigor, Honestidade, Solidariedade e Ética.
O estudo mostrou que a maioria dos cadetes, quando ingressam na Academia, são
portadores de crises de valores, sendo fundamental identificar estratégias que permitam
ir ao encontro desta realidade. Além da existência do regulamento da vida interna dos
cadetes, onde constam as normas de conduta da AMEx, a disciplina de Educação Moral
e Cívica, sugeriu-se a materialização do guia metodológico para a formação contínua no
âmbito dos valores para os cadetes.
The present dissertation for getting the Master's degree in Administration and Management of the Education, has like central objective analyses the paper of the Military Academy of the Army in the valuable transmission for the construction of an authentic Angolan citizenship. The study had place in the AMEx located in the local authority of the Lobito, province of Benguela in Angola. Of 520 cadets enroled in the academic year from 2013to 2017 that corresponds to 100 % was worked by a sample of 251 that corresponds to 48,2 % of the population. The cadets frequent the 3rd and 4th year of several specialties (12) selected in random form. For the gathering of data on the object of study one applied inquiries for questionnaire. The analysis of the data of the inquiries by questionnaire applied to the cadets of this Institution of Superior Teaching, allowed to confirm the informations presented in the theoretical foundation as regards importance of the values in the formation of the future officials of the Army who to be serve the homeland, as such the patriotism was the value most marked in the empirical study followed by the Leadership, Felt of Honor and Duty, Respect, Rigidity, Honesty, Solidarity and Ethics. The study showed that the majority of cadets entering the Academy are carriers of crisis of values and to solve, besides the existence of the regulation of the internal life of the cadets where the rules of conduct of AMEx are contained, the discipline of Moral and Civic Education, suggested the materialization of the methodological guide for the continuous training in the scope of the values for the cadets.
