Abstract
O presente trabalho consiste num relatório detalhado da atividade profissional, com o objetivo
de compreender em que medida documentos orientadores e pilares de uma organização
educativa, nomeadamente, o Plano Anual de Atividades, contribui para a promoção do sucesso
educativo.
Ao mesmo tempo, pretende-se apresentar uma reflexão sobre o impacto do desempenho
da atividade docente na melhoria da prática letiva, as competências e as aprendizagens
desenvolvidas ao longo da atividade profissional, pelo envolvimento em projetos e integração
de equipas educativas.
No sentido de contribuir para o sucesso educativo, será dado enfoque, ao uso de
dispositivos móveis na sala de aula, recorrendo a uma aplicação que se chama “Kahoot”. Esta
experiência, advém, da frequência na formação intitulada “Projeto de Inovação Pedagógica
Supertabi”.
A estrutura do trabalho compreende quatro partes: uma revisão crítica do estado da arte
relativamente ao tema escolhido, relacionado com a respetiva prática profissional; uma
descrição da atividade desenvolvida, duração da mesma, local, competências técnicas e
comportamentais desenvolvidas para cada atividade; uma reflexão sobre o impacto do trabalho
realizado em eventuais projetos de investigação que contribuam para um melhor desempenho na
profissão; e, por último, uma reflexão sobre o meu desempenho docente.
Para a descrição da atividade profissional recorreu-se a todos os relatórios de autoavaliação
docente, como documentos de referência para esta reflexão.
This document presents a detailed report about my professional activity. On the one hand, it aims to discuss and understand how structural documents of an educational organization, such as the educational project of the school and the school annual activity plan, contribute to promote educational success. On the other hand, it also intends to be a reflection about one’s own activity as a teacher and the activities developed in order to improve teaching practice, the teaching competencies developed and other opportunities for lifelong learning such as the possibility to integrate educational teams and projects, performing different roles and tasks in the school organization. Special attention will be given to the theme of engaging students in the classroom with the use of technology, namely with using mobile devices, which was fostered by the participation in a training session within the scope of a project for pedagogical innovation called “Supertabi”.Based on my own experience, some examples of the application of the tool Kahoot in the classroom, with students in the 4th, will be described in this report. This strategy aimed to improve student’s math skills and also in other disciplines, promoting more motivation and engagement of students in the learning process. This report is organized in four main parts: a critical review of the state of the art in relation to the chosen theme, related to its professional practice; a description of the activity developed, duration of the activity, location, technical and behavioral skills developed for each activity; a reflection on the impact of the work carried out on possible research projects that contribute to a better performance in the profession; and, finally, a reflection on my teaching performance. For the description of the professional activity, previous reports on self-evaluation were used as reference documents for this reflection.
