Wladimir Augusto Correia Brito. He obtained his Aggregate Degree in 2011 from the University of Minho and his PhD in Law in 1999 from the University of Coimbra Faculty of Law. He is a Full Professor at the Universidade Portucalense Infante Dom Henrique, President of the Conselho do Ensino Superior Militar - Ministério da Defesa and President of OLDHUM-Observatório Lusófono dos Direitos Humanos. He has published 6 articles in specialised magazines. He has 9 book chapters and 11 books. Has received 3 awards and/or honours. He works in the area(s) of Social Sciences with an emphasis on Law.
