Biography
André Matos holds a PhD in International Relations from the New University of Lisbon and currently works as an Invited Assistant Professor at University of Minho and as an Assistant Professor at the Law Department of Portucalense University, where he scientifically coordinates the BA in International Relations and the MA in International Relations and Diplomacy. At the University, André Matos is a Member of the Scientific Council and a Member of the Directive Board of Portucalense Institute for Legal Research. His main research areas are the European Union, democracy, Türkiye and Human Rights. He is a member of the Portuguese Association of Political Science, has various national and international publications, as well as a significant record of participation in scientific events.
