dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is to contextualize and understand the different emotions felt by employees, as well as their involvement and performance in the context of small and medium-sized Portuguese companies. An online questionnaire was developed, with a total of 227 participants; 210 were validated and 17 were excluded due to missing answers. Results show that as anger, anxiety and discouragement increase, happiness decreases; and, if there is an increase or an improvement in relationships, involvement and happiness increase, so do performance and satisfaction at work. | pt_PT |
