Mobility restrictions, factory/company shutdowns and changes in demand have disrupted operational normality and people׳s daily lives. Supply chains faced challenges in maintaining the continuous flow of goods and services, exposing vulnerabilities in dependence on single suppliers or specific geographies. This scenario has encouraged the search for resilient solutions, such as diversifying suppliers and investing in innovation and technology for greater visibility and predictability.
