| dc.description.abstract | A presente investigação trata das questões relacionadas com as Políticas Culturais em Portugal e na União Europeia, em particular no III . A pesquisa situa-se no quadro das relações internacionais, no âmbito europeu, dando enfoque às questões das hibridações culturais por referência aos conceitos de património e memória. A pesquisa assenta numa abordagem histórica de conceitos e práticas de políticas culturais na Europa, essencialmente focando a área da museologia. Esta abordagem toma em consideração a vasta produção da UNESCO e União Europeia. No âmbito do III QCA fez-se uma análise do Programa Operacional da Cultura no que tange à importância da sua aplicação no reforço do tecido museológico nacional. The present research addresses issues inherent to the Portuguese and the European Union Cultural Heritage Policies, particularly in the context of the Third Community Support Framework (CSF). The study is contextualized within international relations, specifically in the European milieu, attributing special significance to the issue of cultural hybridization as a conceptual reference to heritage and memory. The analysis relies on a historical approach to the concepts and praxis of cultural policies in Europe, with a special focus on the field of museology. This approach enables taking into account the vast production by UNESCO and the European Union. In the context of the Third CSF, the Operational Culture Programme was analysed, especially its Measures and Actions, in order to gain a better understanding of the importance of its application for the strengthening of national museological contexts. | pt_PT |
