Abstract
Com a paz efetiva no país surge uma grande necessidade de se encontrar pessoas
capazes de gerir uma empresa contribuindo para o desenvolvimento económico do
país. Para que haja uma correspondência positiva neste sentido, é necessário que haja
pessoas formadas no campo da gestão económica e financeira. O crescente número
de instituições superiores no país faz com que estas adequem os cursos a lecionar às
necessidades reais do território. A fim de se saber o que se tem ensinado aos
estudantes neste campo foi feita esta pesquisa que tem como foco saber como têm
sido ministrados os conteúdos de econometria referentes à aplicação dos modelos
econométricos para que se venha a entregar ao mercado financeiro angolano gestores
capacitados a acompanhar de perto o desenvolvimento económico do país. Esta
pesquisa ainda serve de base representativa daquilo que é o ensino dos modelos
econométricos no ensino superior angolano.
Para tal a metodologia utilizada foi a análise comparativa dos programas das distintas
instituições superiores da região em estudo, que é a região académica nº 2, de acordo
com a distribuição feita pelo ministério do ensino superior angolano, tendo em conta o
desenvolvimento académico nos diversos ramos do saber de cada região académica.
Utilizou-se também o método da entrevista através de questionários dirigidos aos
coordenadores da disciplina de Econometria. Constatou-se que na formação de um
bom econometrista é fundamental o conhecimento profundo dos modelos de regressão
linear simples e múltiplo, bem como os problemas que podem surgir ao fazer um
estudo econométrico e como estes podem ser detetados e corrigidos para que os
resultados da pesquisa seja eficaz. Fez-se, em seguida, um estudo conclusivo
indicando os aspetos positivos e negativos verificados no decorrer da pesquisa com
relação ao conteúdo transmitido aos estudantes para que se venha lançar no mercado
de trabalho gestores de qualidades bem definidas.
With effective peace in the country is a great need to find people able to manage a company contributing to the economic development of the country. So there is a positive match in this sense, there needs to be people formed in the field of economic and financial management. The increasing number of higher institutions in the country causes these suits the courses teaching to the real needs of the territory. In order to know what is taught to students in this field was made this research that focuses on how have been taught the contents of econometrics regarding application of Econometric models to come to hand over to the Angolan financial market managers able to closely monitor the country’s economic development. This research also forms the basis of representative of the teaching of the Econometric models in higher education in Angola. The methodology used was the comparative analysis of the programs of the different higher institutions of the region under study, which is the academic region in 2, according to the distribution made by the Angolan Ministry of higher education, taking into account the academic development in the various branches of knowledge of each academic area. Also was used the method of interview through questionnaires addressed to chairpersons of Econometrics. It was noted that in the formation of a good econometrician is fundamental deep knowledge of simple linear regression models and multiple, as well as the problems that can arise when making an econometric study and how these can be detected and corrected so that the search results to be effective. There was then a conclusive study indicating the positives and negatives scanned in the course of research in relation to content transmitted to students so that they launch on the market of work clearly defined qualities managers.
