Abstract
O presente relatório teve como objetivo a apresentação do resultado do estágio
curricular realizado no Menina Design Group com vista à conclusão do Mestrado em
Gestão na Universidade Portucalense.
O relatório abrangeu as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio, tanto no plano
teórico como no plano prático, em linha com a metodologia previamente planeada com
a gestão de recursos humanos da empresa.
Através de uma participação ativa do estagiário na atividade da organização,
relacionada com a área de recursos humanos, foi possível obter resultados práticos
muito significativos nos diversos domínios das exigências documentais, bem como na
vertente do recrutamento e seleção dos candidatos.
O relatório foi concluído com uma reflexão sobre os conhecimentos adquiridos, bem
como sobre a atividade da empresa no contexto do mercado, designadamente no plano
concorrencial.
The purpose of this report was to present the results of the curricular internship held at the Menina Design Group with a view to the completion of the Master in Management at Universidade Portucalense. The report covered the activities developed during the internship, both theoretical and practical, in line with the methodology previously planned with the company's Human Resources Management. Through active participation of the trainee in the activity of the organization related to human resources, it was possible to obtain very significant practical results in the various fields of documentary requirements, as well as in the recruitment and candidate selection. The report was concluded with a reflection on the knowledge acquired as well as on the activity of the company in the context of the market, namely in the competitive field.
