Abstract
O presente trabalho versa sobre a criação de um projeto: Oficina de
Expressões. É dedicado aos alunos com Necessidades Educativas Especiais
especialmente os abrangidos com a medida de Currículo Específico Individual,
mas destina-se também aos alunos de currículo regular que não encontram na
escola tradicional e massificadora a resposta às suas necessidades educativas.
É um projeto que vê a escola como um subsistema de um sistema social
maior e que parte do pressuposto de que a melhoria da escola passa pela
melhoria da qualidade da cidadania e que só a interação da escola com as
famílias a fará evoluir, a par da sociedade, para o respeito pela diferença e
para a inclusão.
Este trabalho tem três capítulos: no primeiro são traçados os princípios
gerais e enquadramento histórico e teórico que norteiam o tema; no segundo é
abordada a questão da diferença e a sua relação com o envolvimento social,
nomeadamente com a escola e com a família; no terceiro capítulo é
desenvolvido o projeto da oficina de expressões.
Este projeto é um espaço pedagógico que procura implementar os
preceitos do ainda novo paradigma da escola inclusiva, embora tenha como
objetivo a integração no espaço maior de uma escola de ensino básico. Nesta,
a estrutura tradicional da organização administrativa, dos currículos, dos
espaços e dos tempos torna a inclusão um problema de difícil solução.
This work is a project of a expressions workshop. It is dedicated to students with special educational needs, especially those covered with Specific Individual Curriculum. It came from its author long-standing practice with these students but is also intended to regular curriculum students who don´t find in a traditional and standardizing school the answer to their educational needs. It is an educational space that seeks to implement the principles of the still new paradigm of inclusive school although it has the main focus of integration into an existent basic school. In this, the traditional structure of the administrative organization, the curricula, the spaces and time make inclusion a difficult problem to solve. It is a project that sees the school as a sub system of a larger social system. It assumes that the school improvement also implies an improvement of the quality of society and that only the school interaction with the families can help evolve it towards the respect for difference and for inclusion. This work is divided in three different chapters. In the first chapter, the major principles are established as well as the historic and theoric contextualization of the theme. The second chapter expands the relation between diference and the social implications of accepting it and integrating it in schools and families. In the third and last chapter it can be read the outline of the Project of an expression’s workshop. It’s an educational space that seeks the implementation of the principals of the still new paradigma of inclusive school. Although it also has the goal of integration in a bigger space like a basic school.
