Abstract
diádico; (3) doentes diabéticos IRC apresentam maior relação diádica do que doentes
com IRC.
This investigation regards a transversal and quantitative study with a correlational and descriptive character with the purpose of achieving a greater understanding of the importance of the dyadic adjustment on the quality in the life of patients with chronic kidney failure (IRC) in hemodialysis treatment. The main golds of this investigation are: 1) understand the impact that this disease has on the life’s quality of this patients; 2) to analyze witch possible implications that may be in the presence of humor defaults in life’s quality or the dyadic relation of the patient; 3) to understand the impact of this disease in the dyadic adjustment. For this study, we observe 60 hemodialysis patients on the Unidade Nordial – Centro Renal de Mirandela, of which 30 of them carriers diabetes and the remain just suffer of IRC without any associate disease. We use specific instruments to measure the intensity of all the aspects of this study. Initially we applied a sociodemographic questioner to characterize the sample of our study; then we applied the same instrument regarding the dyadic adjustment because of the importance that marital support has during hemodialysis. We also use WHOQOL-bref regarding the quality of life to understand how it may be affected during hemodialysis treatment. N the end we applied HADS – hospital scale of depression and hospital anxiety with the gold to identify and recognize the emotional state of the patient associated to his physical condition. The results of this study revealed that 1) diabetic patients with IRC have more implications for the quality of life than patients with IRC ; 2 ) There is no relationship between the presence of disturbance of mood , quality of life and dyadic adjustment ; 3 ) IRC diabetic patients are more dyadic relationship than patients with IRC.
