Abstract
Toda a nossa
This study is within the bounds of the completion of the 2nd level of studies in school management and administration of Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University. The question is the thesis based on a study about the problematic of school failure realized at a Primary Teacher Training School of Nharêa. (M.P.N) with the aim of understanding the possible relationship between the school failure and the necessities of teacher training and above all aiming at promoting improvements in attractive and harmonious activity for the school success of the students. The investigation carried out had as an under cloth methodology a qualitative nature in which the process of investigation assumed the characteristic of being a case study in a Teacher Training School of Angola. To this effect, we proceeded implementing of a bibliographic, research technique to collect the necessary information through an inquiry by means of a questionnaire to the students and the teacher’s .An interview with the school director was also conducted in order to find out the real causes and solutions to the problem we proposed to deal with. Besides permitting us getting to the bottom of the concept surrounding school failure and it´s causes ,we noted that many of the school failure promoting problems are due to the lack of a profound training of teachers of the education system (Educational Reform) .There is yet one thing on record : lack of adequate class room space for many students , lack of interest on the part of students and the teachers ,above all the , the students of from the less favored social class. All our investigation point to the search of putting in perspective a successful future of the students’ population in Angola. We conclude that it becomes important showing how fundamental it is to use adequate tools to give a solid training to our teachers particularly with reference to educational reforms that is vigorous in our country, in the that these know what is in store for them, the type of educational approach and the curriculum adapted to the context as well as the type of relationship to develop with the students, parents and many other elements of school and educational communities in general. There are unfavorable conditions to the academicals activities like is the case of the large number of students per class. Nevertheless, there is a continuous willingness to work and a continual training on the part of the teachers so as to give an everlasting response to the real deficiencies of education and educational reform that is imposed in the country. We noted as well, that there is a great effort on the part of the government in of creating conditions worthy and acceptable to education in constant mutations, of which we strongly desire “seeing is believing”.
