Abstract
O propósito é examinar criticamente a
A segunda etapa
This study analyzes green human resource management (GHRM) and the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in promoting a healthy and sustainable work environment. The purpose is to critically examine the available scientific literature in these areas, investigating and identifying trends, patterns, gaps, and the evolution of these concepts over time. A bibliometric analysis followed by a systematic literature review was conducted. The bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review of GHRM and SDGs covered 2005 to 2024, as no bibliographic pieces were found between 2000 and 2005. This study’s inclusion and exclusion criteria were outlined in three distinct stages consisting of four main searches. In the first stage and all subsequent ones, publications in Portuguese, English, and Spanish from 2005 to 2024 were selected using the Web of Science database. The second stage focused on refining the search by selecting categories related to Psychology, Public Environmental Occupational Health, and Development Studies. In the third stage, a manual screening was performed, prioritizing the relevance of the articles to the topic under study. The fourth and final search utilized gray literature through Google Scholar. In total, 177 articles from the Web of Science database and four from Google Scholar were analyzed, noting increased scientific production in recent years. Through these bibliographic pieces, the results point to several trends between GHRM and SDGs. The most predominant GHRM processes in the bibliographic pieces include green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance evaluation, green remuneration and benefits, green development of organizational culture, and green diversity, equity, and inclusion. The predominant SDGs in the bibliographic pieces include SDG1, SDG3, SDG5, SDG7, SDG8, SDG9, SDG10, SDG11, SDG12, SDG13, and SDG16. Finally, the conceptual and practical implications, as well as limitations, were discussed. This study aims to enrich the current knowledge in the area and suggests paths for future research.
