Abstract
O presente relatório reporta-se ao projeto de estágio desenvolvido no Centro Social de
Lourosa, no âmbito do 2º ano do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação da Universidade
Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, com a finalidade de obtenção do grau de Mestre. O projeto
foi desenvolvido com os beneficiários de Rendimento Social de Inserção, com os objetivos
primordiais de promover o desenvolvimento de competências (pessoais, sociais e
profissionais) indutoras de uma mudança de comportamento e de atitudes em prol de uma
progressiva autonomização.
Em termos metodológicos, recorremos à investigação-ação entendida como um
processo reflexivo na ação, com a ação e a partir da ação, facultando ao investigador a
possibilidade de ser, ao mesmo tempo, um criador de conhecimento científico e um agente de
mudança social. A amostra incidiu em doze utentes (n=12) beneficiários da medida
Rendimento Social de Inserção. A observação direta, a análise documental e as conversas
informais foram as principais técnicas utilizadas para a recolha de dados para a elaboração
deste relatório. Para o tratamento dos dados qualitativos, resultantes da análise documental e
dos diários de bordo, recorremos à análise de conteúdo. Os dados dos inquéritos por
questionário foram tratados no Excel 2013, tendo por base a estatística descritiva.
Durante o estágio, foram dinamizadas atividades de formação para facilitar ao públicoalvo
o desenvolvimento de soft skills, atitudes empreendedoras e competências de
comunicação e relacionamento interpessoais. Através do desenvolvimento de competências,
apoiado em dinâmicas de relacionamento interpessoal, mediação de conflitos, dinâmicas
lúdicas, foram trabalhadas com os sujeitos participantes competências pessoais, sociais e
profissionais.
This report refers to the internship developed at the Lourosa Social Center, during the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Educational Sciences of the Portucalense University, Infante D. Henrique, for the purpose of obtaining a Master degree. The project was developed with the beneficiaries of Social Integration Income, with the primary objectives of promoting the development of competences (personal, social and professional) leading to a change of behavior and attitudes towards a progressive autonomization. In methodological terms, we adopted an action-research methodology as a reflexive process in action, with action and supported by action, enabling the researcher to be at the same time a creator of scientific knowledge and an agent of social change. The sample included twelve participants (n = 12) who were beneficiaries of the Social Integration Income. Direct observation, documentary analysis and informal conversations were the main techniques used to collect data for the preparation of this report. For the treatment of qualitative data, we used content analysis. The questionnaire survey data were treated in Excel 2013, based on descriptive statistics. During the internship, training activities were facilitated to develop soft skills, entrepreneurial attitudes and interpersonal and communication skills. Through the development of competences, supported by interpersonal relationship dynamics, mediation of conflicts, playful activities, personal, social and professional skills were worked out with the participants.
