Abstract
O presente relatório surge na sequência do estágio curricular durante o período
de seis meses na Fábrica de Cervejas Portuense - Nortada. A empresa aposta
fortemente na comunicação, mais concretamente, no marketing digital.
O presente trabalho, destina-se analisar as estratégias de marketing digital, as práticas
de Branding, a importância dos canais de comunicação e a crescente importância das
redes sociais.
O mercado tem-se tornado cada vez mais competitivo, e tem vindo a sofrer
intensas alterações em vários aspetos, tais como: a comunicação com os clientes,
constantes inovações dos produtos e serviços, consciência social e ambiental, adoção
às novas tecnologias, utilização de diferentes canais de distribuição, entre outros.
Com o atual impacto da pandemia COVID-19, as empresas têm-se vindo a adaptar e a
Nortada não é exceção.
Posteriormente, o relatório conta ainda com as tarefas, descritas
detalhadamente, que vim a desenvolver ao logo de todo o estágio: desde a gestão das
redes sociais; Design Thinking; planeamento de eventos; comunicação direta com o
consumidor; desenvolvimento de alguns trabalhos de Copywriter; entre outros.
No final, para uma empresa obter sucesso e melhores resultados confirmou-se
que as redes sociais são essenciais na sua comunicação particularmente nos tempos
que correm. As compras efetuadas online têm crescido significativamente e as pessoas,
ao invés de se deslocarem a uma loja física, preferem manter-se na comodidade dos
seus lares e deixar de ter a preocupação e transtorno de ter de sair de casa para se
abastecerem. O que algumas das empresas não percebem, é que cada vez mais o
digital influencia na hora da compra.
This report follows on from the curricular internship for a period of six months at Fábrica de Cervejas Portuense - Nortada. The company invests heavily in communication, more specifically, in digital marketing. This work aims to analyze digital marketing strategies, Branding practices, the importance of communication channels and the growing importance of social networks. The market has become increasingly competitive, and has undergone intense changes in various aspects, such as: communication with customers, constant innovations in products and services, social and environmental awareness, adoption of new technologies, use of different distribution channels, among others. With the current impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, companies have been adapting and Nortada is no exception. Subsequently, the report also includes the tasks, described in detail, that I developed throughout the internship: from managing social networks; Design Thinking; event planning; direct communication with the consumer; development of some Copywriter works; between others. In the end, for a company to achieve success and better results, it was confirmed that social networks are essential in its communication, particularly nowadays. Online purchases have grown significantly and people, instead of going to a physical store, prefer to stay in the comfort of their homes and no longer have the worry and inconvenience of having to leave home for supplies. What some companies don't realize is that digital is increasingly influencing when purchasing.
