A força probante da ata notarial utilizada como prova

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar de forma sintética a força probante da ata notarial. Para isso, pesquisou-se a definição de ata notarial, seu conceito e sua origem, e mais a fundo, sua importância como meio de prova no processo civil e auxílio à efetivação da justiça, dado o seu valor jurídico. O trabalho contou com estudo bibliográfico em seu embasamento, desta forma, fez-se uso de livros, artigos, revistas de direito e materiais afins. The general objective of this paper is to analyze in a succinct way the probative force of the notary minutes. To this end, the definition of notary minutes was investigated, its concept and origin, and more deeply, its importance as a means of proof in civil pro-ceedings and aid to the enforcement of justice, given its legal value. The work had a bibliographic study in its foundation, that is, it used books, articles, law magazines and similar materials.
