Abstract
Strategic planning is a crucial management tool used by the most outstanding companies and the wealthiest countries in the world. One presents an approach that is easy to apply to any organization. The strategic management process begins with its schedule each year, followed by business intelligence gathering summarized through a SWOT-GO. This management tool allows one to choose feasible goals, objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators for the next strategic cycle and determine the organization׳s vision, values, and mission. The strategic plan includes operational programs for each year of the cycle, describing the main tasks for each objective and their budget. Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation are the final steps of the strategic plan.
