Projeto de intervenção socioeducativa em contexto institucional e comunitário

Abstract

O Educador Social na nossa sociedade figura como um agente de mudança capaz de intervir com diversos públicos e contribuir para o desenvolvimento comunitário. Sendo este o caminho profissional por mim escolhido, a Ajudaris, Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social (IPSS) surgiu como local de eleição para desenvolver o meu Estágio do Mestrado em Ciências de Educação. Várias foram as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do ano de Estágio que, além de visarem potenciar as minhas competências, enquanto futura Mestre em Ciências da Educação, possibilitaram ir ao encontro das necessidades formativas e sociais dos utentes da Instituição. Neste sentido, o presente Relatório apresenta um capítulo inicial onde procedo a uma caraterização da instituição acolhedora, focando a tipologia de serviços que oferece à comunidade envolvente e os projetos que tem fomentado para suprir necessidades de diversa natureza das famílias economicamente mais carenciadas, potenciando o desenvolvimento e sucesso académico das gerações mais jovens. Participando em vários desses projetos e concretizando atividades de intervenção socioeducativa e apoio psicossocial, sublinho a relevância do papel dos educadores sociais em ações de desenvolvimento local e apoio às famílias vulnerabilizadas por processos de pauperização ou rutura de formas tradicionais de coesão social. Termino refletindo criticamente sobre o trajeto percorrido, em termos curriculares, e projeção formativa das atividades desenvolvidas em colaboração com a instituição. The Social Educator in our society works as an agent of change able to intervene with various public and contribute to community development. This being the career path chosen by me in Ajudaris , a Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS), has emerged as a location of choice to develop my Master 's Internship in Education Sciences. There were several activities throughout the internship year, that enhance my skills as future professional, working to provide the educational and social needs of the institution's users. In this sense, this Report presents an initial chapter where we proceed to a characterization of the host institution , focusing on the type of services it offers to the surrounding community and the projects that have fostered to the different needs of disadvantaged families, promoting social development and academic success of the younger generations. Participating in several of these projects and realizing socio-educational intervention activities, we emphasize the important role of social educators in local development and support to disadvantaged families due to pauperization processes or disruption of traditional forms of social cohesion. We conclude reflecting critically about our learning process, in curricular terms and evaluating the projection of our activities developed in collaboration with the institution team.
