Abstract
More demanding customers characterise today’s competitive environment concerning ethical issues. They expect organisations to be inclusive, sustainable, and socially responsible, which can contribute to their successful financial performance. This exploratory study aims to research whether large companies from the OECD disclose information on their website concerning inclusive and sustainable value creation and innovation with an estimated impact on societal sustainability. Through website content analysis of the websites of 152 companies from all OECD countries, one concludes that it is still needed more attention to those issues to improve business reputation and acceptance by customers. Compliance with these cultural micro-norms will probably lead our global society to a more peaceful and enjoyable place to live.
