Abstract
Este relatório consiste na apresentação do estágio curricular do segundo ano de Mestrado de
Marketing e Negócios Digitais na Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, tendo sido
realizado na empresa Efacont – Consultoria em gestão.
O estágio foi realizado na área do Marketing Digital, com os temas desenvolvidos no âmbito da
unidade curricular de Marketing Operacional e Estratégico.
Todas as atividades foram desenvolvidas em contexto empresarial, tiveram como base a
aplicação de conhecimentos adquiridos na unidade curricular de Marketing Operacional e
Estratégico, ao longo do mestrado, assim como o apoio e informação transmitida pelos
colaboradores da empresa, tendo havido o registo diário das tarefas executadas, com a
respetiva duração, para efeitos de controlo e organização.
Ao longo deste relatório é apresentada a empresa bem como as tarefas realizadas na efacont.
Por outro lado, descrever e compreender bem aquilo que foi elaborado no período de estágio.
A realização deste estágio teve como o principal objetivo a aprendizagem de novos
conhecimentos ligados ao marketing digital como também criar novos contactos no mercado
de trabalho.
This report consists of the presentation of the curricular internship for the second year of the Master of Marketing and Digital Business at Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, having been carried out at Efacont - Consultoria em Gestão. The internship was carried out in the Digital Marketing area, with the themes developed within the scope of the Operational and Strategic Marketing course. All activities were developed in a business context, based on the application of knowledge acquired in the Operational and Strategic Marketing course unit, throughout the master's degree, as well as the support and information transmitted by the company's employees, with daily tasks being recorded. carried out, with the respective duration, for the purposes of control and organization. Throughout this report the company is presented as well as the tasks performed at efacont. On the other hand, describe and understand well what was developed during the internship period. The completion of this internship had as its main objective the learning of new knowledge related to Digital Marketing as well as creating new contacts in the job market.
