The profile of a man of the Governance becomes of special interest as he follows a long trajectory before attaining this political position. His career in the Governance reaches its highest point in the porto Senate where he is a Municipal Councillor for more than 25 years, an important fact which he invokes when he requests the title of baron of Cedofeita of King D. Miguel.
