Storytelling has developed into a more engaging and immersive experience, storyliving. In addition to the definition and emphasis on storyliving, we highlight how using it innovatively and creatively in people management can help increase organizational commitment and provide a more rewarding work experience, improving motivation, satisfaction, and talent retention in organizations.
