Abstract
Perante as consequências negativas que acarreta o insucesso, é necessário mobilizar todos
os esforços para tentar diminuir este fenómeno que tanto preocupa os nossos estudantes, as
famílias e a escola em questão. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal analisar,
descrever e compreender o insucesso e promover o sucesso escolar a fim de conceber
novas estratégias de superação. Deste modo, procurámos identificar os fatores que
conduzem os alunos ao insucesso na escola Comandante Bula, também se descreveu
algumas medidas de combate a esse fenómeno tão frequente nos alunos. De forma
significativa, perguntou-se aos pais se costumam ir à escola falar com os professores e
porque, dai chegou-se à conclusão de que os pais e encarregados de educação não têm o
costume de ir à escola falar com os professores por alegarem sempre questões de trabalho e
falta de tempo. Os alunos são conotados também como indisciplinados, estes e outros fatos
constituem motivos que leva a Direção da escola reunir com os pais e encarregados de
educação ao longo de cada trimestre para atualizar as ocorrências dos educandos aos
mesmos como uma das estratégias de superação do insucesso e promover o sucesso
escolar.
A investigação baseou-se numa amostra de 95 participantes, incluindo alunos, professores
e Direção da Escola. A análise dos dados recolhidos nas entrevistas e a disposição das
conclusões foram feitas, conforme a visão de cada subgrupo de participantes.
Before the negative consequences that it carts the failure, it is necessary to mobilize all of the efforts to try to reduce this phenomenon that so much worries our students, the families and the school in subject. This research has as main objective to analyze, to describe and to understand the failure and to promote the school success in order to conceive new compensatory strategies. This way, we tried to identify the factors that lead the students to the failure in the Commanding school it Moves, it was also described some measured of combat to such frequent phenomenon in the students. In a significant way, he/she asked the parents go to the school to speak with the teachers and because, give was reached the conclusion that the parents and education person in charge don't have the habit of going to the school to speak with the teachers for they always allege work subjects and lack of time. The students are also connoted as undisciplined, these and other facts constitute reasons that it takes to the direction of the school to gather with the parents and education person in charge along every quarter to update the occurrences of the student to the same ones as one of the strategies of compensatory of the failure and to promote the school success.
