Abstract
O presente relatório tem como principal objetivo a conclusão do segundo ano do
mestrado em marketing e negócios digitais e a razão de sua elaboração é a obtenção do
grau mestre do curso acima mencionado.
A opção de estagiar coube ao estudante, no sentido de propiciar um primeiro contacto
com a área de marketing digital, sendo uma entrada no mundo do trabalho.
A razão desta escolha, foi o aprimorar do conhecimento adquirido ao longo da
formação académica, para além de se revelar numa mais-valia para quem nunca exerceu
nenhuma atividade na área em estudo, ou seja, o estágio vem colmatar essa falha podendo
dar ao estagiário a oportunidade de aplicar na prática o seu conhecimento.
A elaboração deste relatório tem como base a descrição pormenorizada das
atividades realizadas no período de seis meses de estágio na empresa de marketing e
design, Wizard Advantage Lda., entre 19 de novembro de 2018 e 18 de maio de 2019,
sob a orientação da Professora Doutora Maria Manuela Costa e evidenciar as tarefas
desempenhadas no decorrer desses meses.
O relatório é constituído por quatro capítulos: a apresentação da empresa de
acolhimento, a fundamentação teórica, a descrição das atividades desempenhadas no
estágio e, por fim, uma reflexão crítica relacionada à experiência.
A experiência adquirida durante o estágio foi uma mais-valia e deveras significativa,
na medida em que se desempenham inúmeras atividades que ofereceram a obtenção de
conhecimentos e métodos de trabalho eficientes e acumulação de novas competências
técnicas.
The main objective of this report is to complete the second year of the Master's degree in marketing and digital business and the reason for its elaboration is to obtain the master's degree of the above mentioned course. The option of interning was the student, in order toprovide a first contact with the a rea of digitalmarketing, being an entry into the world of work. The reason for this choice was to improve the knowledge acquired throughout the academic training, in addition to proving to be an asset for those who have never performed any activity in the area under study, i.e., the internship fills this gap and may give the trainee the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice. The preparation of this report is based on a detailed description of the activities carried out during the six-month internship at the marketing and design company, Wizard Advantage Lda., from November 19, 2018 to May 18, 2019, under the guidance of Professor Maria Manuela Costa and highlighting the tasks performed during those months. The report consists of four chapters, namely the presentation of the host company, the theoretical background, the description of the activities carried out in the internship and, finally, a critical reflection on the experience. The experience acquired during the internship was an added value and very significant, as numerous activities were carried out which offered the acquisition of knowledge and efficient working methods and the accumulation of new technical skills.
