Impacto social da animação turística e envolvimento da comunidade. Caso do Stay to Talk – Instituto de Imersão Cultural

Abstract

O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Turismo e Hospitalidade e tem como tema o “Impacto Social da Animação Turística e o Envolvimento da Comunidade: o Caso do Stay To Talk – Instituto de Imersão Cultural”. Numa primeira parte, é desenvolvido um enquadramento teórico sobre o tema da animação turística. Na segunda parte do relatório, procede-se à descrição do estágio curricular, bem como de todas as atividades nele desenvolvidas. A terceira parte incide sobre o estudo empírico realizado, concluindo-se com as reflexões finais relativas ao próprio estudo empírico e a todo o processo de estágio. This report was prepared within the scope of the Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality and focuses on the theme “The Social Impact of Tourist Animation and Community Involvement: The Case of Stay To Talk – Institute for Cultural Immersion.” The first part presents a theoretical framework on the topic of tourist animation. The second part of the report provides a description of the curricular internship, as well as all the activities carried out during this period. The third part focuses on the empirical study conducted and concludes with final reflections on both the empirical study itself and the overall internship process.
