Abstract
O Grupo Impetus conta com a atividade de pelo menos três marcas, a Impetus, a
I AM e a Protechdry. O propósito deste artigo é fornecer um plano de marketing anual
para cada uma das marcas referidas. Os presentes planos foram colocados em prática
durante os primeiros meses do ano 2024, enquanto decorria o estágio curricular na
empresa Impetus Portugal Têxteis. Para a realização deste trabalho recolheu-se
informações de artigos online e livros da especialidade. Os objetivos definidos para o
trabalho de estágio, passavam pela implementação de medidas que levassem a um
aumento do número de seguidores e interações nas redes sociais. No que diz respeito
a Newsletters, pretendia-se que as taxas de Bounces e de opt-out diminuíssem e que
os eventos por sessão, a taxa de engajement e as taxas de interações, aumentassem.
Os resultados obtidos demonstram que os objetivos definidos previamente foram
atingidos praticamente na totalidade. Com o presente plano de marketing pretendeu-se
fazer uma renovação nas redes sociais e das newsletters das marcas referidas, uma
vez que foram identificadas oportunidades de melhoria nas mesmas, durante o período
de estágio.
The Impetus Group comprises at least three brands: Impetus, I AM, and Protechdry. The purpose of this article is to provide an annual marketing plan for each of these brands. These plans were implemented during the first few months of 2024, while the internship was ongoing at Impetus Portugal Têxteis. To carry out this work, information was gathered from online articles and specialized books. The objectives defined for the internship included implementing measures to increase the number of followers and interactions on social media. Regarding newsletters, the aim was to decrease bounce and opt-out rates, and to increase events per session, engagement rates, and interaction rates. The results obtained show that the predefined objectives were almost entirely achieved. The present marketing plan aimed to renew the social media presence and newsletters of the mentioned brands, as gaps were identified in these areas during the internship period.
