Algumas reflexões sobre o registro imobiliário português

Abstract

O autor aborda a reestruturação do Registro Imobliário português, comparando-o com outros sistemas e traça algumas reflexões acerca deste, avaliando e defendendo sua confiabilidade e perfeição técnico-jurídica ao serviço do direito. Aponta, ainda, a total informatização deste sistema e destaca o acolhimento de todos os relevantes princípios registrais. The author discusses the restructuring of the Portuguese Real Estate Registry, comparing it with other systems and outlines some considerations about it, evaluating and defending its reliability and technical-legal perfection in the service of the law. The author also points out the total computerization of this system and highlight the reception of all relevant registry principles.
