Abstract
O principal objetivo do presente relatório passa por analisar quais as vantagens
do online para as empresas. Perceber como estas podem tirar melhor proveito
das ferramentas que têm ao seu dispor, de forma a aumentarem a sua carteira
de clientes e compreender de que modo gerir as redes sociais de forma eficiente,
contribuindo de forma positiva para aumentar a notoriedade de uma empresa.
O trabalho prático desenvolvido foi suportado por uma revisão de literatura,
recorrendo-se à análise de artigos em revistas de especialidade, publicações
diversas, livros e alguns trabalhos desenvolvidos a nível académico. Seguiu-se
um período de estágio no qual foram desenvolvidas atividades na área de
marketing em geral, e do marketing digital em específico.
Os resultados do estudo desenvolvido, assim como das atividades práticas
sugeridas pela empresa acolhedora indiciam que a área digital tem vindo a
ganhar um papel significativo para o crescimento das empresas, sobretudo das
pequenas empresas. Foi possível perceber que, atualmente, ficar fora do digital
e não alocar verbas e tempo para chegar até aos clientes através deste meio
complementar, pode revelar-se fatal para as empresas. Apesar da verificação de
algumas desvantagens associadas ao digital, as vantagens sobrepõem-se.
Este relatório é realizado apenas com base no comportamento de empresas
portuguesas, mais concretamente empresas clientes da Companhia das
Soluções, sendo esta a principal limitação do trabalho desenvolvido. Acresce-se
que a pandemia covid-19 também dificultou um pouco a realização do estágio,
ao ter exigido que parte do mesmo decorresse em regime de teletrabalho.
Embora possa ter servido como ensaio para eventuais próximas situações
idênticas, dificultou um pouco a apreensão de alguns conceitos necessários para
uma maior rapidez na concretização dos projetos atribuídos. Numa altura em que o digital demonstra ser parte significativa da vida das
pessoas, é importante analisar e discutir temas como este. Posto isto, a análise
de temas como os escolhidos para este relatório, começando pelo marketing e
pelo impacto do marketing digital na atualidade e passando pelas redes sociais
e a importância das mesmas, são de cariz relevante e importante, não só para
as empresas, mas para a sociedade em geral.
The main objective of this report is to analyze the advantages of online for companies. Understand how they can take better advantage of the tools they have at their disposal, in order to increase their customer base and understand how to manage social networks efficiently, contributing positively to increase the notoriety of a company. The practical work developed was supported by a literature review, using the analysis of articles in specialist journals, various publications, books and some works developed at an academic level. This was followed by an internship period in which activities were carried out in the area of marketing in general, and digital marketing in particular. The results of the study developed, as well as the practical activities suggested by the host company, indicate that the digital area has been gaining a significant role for the growth of companies, especially small companies. It was possible to perceive that, currently, staying out of digital and not allocating funds and time to reach customers through this complementary means, can prove fatal for companies. Despite the verification of some disadvantages associated with digital, the advantages overlap. This report is based solely on the behavior of Portuguese companies, more specifically companies that are customers of Companhia das Soluções, which is the main limitation of the work carried out. In addition, the covid-19 pandemic also made it a little difficult to carry out the internship, as it required that part of it take place in a telework regime. Although it may have served as a rehearsal for possible future similar situations, it made it a little difficult to grasp some concepts necessary for a faster implementation of the assigned projects. At a time when digital is proving to be a significant part of people's lives, it is important to analyze and discuss topics like this. That said, the analysis of topics such as those chosen for this report, starting with marketing and the impact of digital marketing today and going through social networks and their importance, are relevant and important, not only for companies, but also for for society in general.
