Abstract
Atualmente, o processo de transição para a vida ativa dos alunos com NEE deve ser entendido como um processo que se constrói ao longo do tempo, onde se destaca a relevância do investimento feito por cada um dos agentes sociais (escola, família, sociedade/comunidade) Neste sentido a presente comunicação resulta de um estudo que teve por objetivo a análise e reflexão das percepções dos professores sobre o processo de transição para a vida ativa dos alunos com necessidades educativas especiais, na escola inclusiva Assentou numa metodologia quantitativa de caráter exploratório que envolveu, vários agentes educativos.
