Importância da animação turística na indústria hoteleira: Um caso de estudo em Espanha

Abstract

O presente relatório final de estágio, englobado no Mestrado de Turismo e Hospitalidade tem como tema a “Importância da animação turística na indústria hoteleira: um estudo de caso em Espanha”. A primeira parte deste relatório incide numa pesquisa de investigação, fazendo uma revisão do estado da arte sobre o tema, e abordando temáticas como o turismo, a hospitalidade, a animação turística, animador e a comunicação. A segunda parte do relatório, destina-se a uma descrição do destino e das atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio, assim como o impacto que a pandemia Covid-19 teve no setor hoteleiro, tanto em Portugal como em Espanha. Por último, apresentar as reflexões finais e os aspetos a melhorar quer a nível pessoal, quer a nível laboral. Ao longo deste relatório são descritas ao pormenor todas as atividades realizadas no hotel, as dificuldades que foram surgindo, e a descrição da ilha de Lanzarote. This final internship report, included in the Master of Tourism and Hospitality, has as its theme “The importance of tourist entertainment in hospitality: a case study in Spain”. The first part of this report focuses on research background, reviewing the state of the art on the subject, and addressing topics such as tourism, hospitality, tourist entertainment, entertainment, and importance of animation and communication in hospitality sector. The second part of the report is intended to describe the destination and the activities developed during the internship, as well as the impact that Covid - 19 had on the hotel sector, both in Portugal and in Spain. Finally, present the final reflections and aspects to be improved, both personally and at work. Throughout this report, all the activities carried out at the hotel are described in detail, as well as the difficulties that have arisen, and the description of the island of Lanzarote.
