Descentralização na educação

Abstract

O tema do nosso trabalho designa-se de Descentralização na Educação. A questão a que nos propomos responder ao longo da nossa investigação é como se estabelece um processo de transferência de competências e atribuições entre o Estado e as autoridades locais, em virtude do cumprimento do princípio da descentralização, mantendo a unidade do sistema educativo? Por essa mesma razão ao longo da nossa investigação, iremos nos debruçar superficialmente sobre os ordenamentos jurídicos Sueco, Inglês e Espanhol e em particular sobre o ordenamento jurídico Português, através da análise da evolução histórica e de alguma legislação, relativamente a esta matéria nesses ordenamentos jurídicos, de forma a conduzir o leitor ao entendimento de como se iniciou e se estruturou, o processo de descentralização da educação, nos mesmos. The theme of our work is called Decentralization in Education. The question that we propose to answer throughout our investigation is how do you establish a process of transferring competences and attributions between the State and local authorities, in view of the fulfillment of the principle of decentralization, maintaining the unity of the education system? For this same reason, throughout our investigation, we will superficially look into the Swedish, English and Spanish legal systems and in particular the Portuguese legal system, through the analysis of the historical evolution and some legislation regarding this matter in these legal systems , in order to lead the reader to understand how the process of decentralization of education began and was structured in them.
