Abstract
O exercício da autonomia, gestão e liderança tem sido um tema muito abordado nas
diferentes áreas das relações humanas. Na área das Ciências da Educação, esta temática
também tem sido, igualmente, muito referenciada.
O Projeto Educativo Escolar (P.E.E.) é um instrumento de exercício da Autonomia, Gestão
e Liderança, fomentando a eficácia e qualidade no processo de Ensino e Aprendizagem.
Tendo em conta a dinâmica multidimensional da escola do I e II Ciclo do Ensino
Secundário do IMIB, desenvolveu-se um estudo investigativo com base nas temáticas da
autonomia, gestão e liderança em Projeto Educativo Escolar, de modo a conhecer a
perceção dos diversos intervenientes no processo educativo: os membros de direção, os
professores que exercem e que não exercem funções na Escola, os alunos, os pais e
Encarregados de Educação, funcionários administrativos, pedagógicos e dos serviços
gerais. No que diz respeito à metodologia usada, recorreu-se à utilização de um inquérito
por questionário e um inquérito por entrevista. Os resultados, analisados qualitativamente,
ajudam a perceber que as bases teóricas e metodológicas relativamente ao P.E.E da referida
Escola, na participação do P.E.E, não têm sido compreendidos da melhor forma.
Com base a melhorar a percepção da comunidade escolar sobre a participação e elaboração
do P.E.E, é apresentado um modelo de elaboração do P.E.E para a escola do I e II Ciclo do
Ensino Secundário IMIB em que estão espelhados os objetivos, estratégias, monitorização
e um sistema de ações dinamizador que contribuirá para organização e desenvolvimento da
gestão escolar e consequentemente do Ensino e Aprendizagem.
The exercise of autonomy, management and leadership, has been the topic to be discussed in different area of human relationship. In the science of education has been also focused, because every organization predominate Autonomy, Management and leadership, as essential factors for the development of education at any place or region. The school educative searching is an innovative instrument of Autonomy, Management and leadership that is because it regulates new conceptions that the A.G.L appears as the most vectors renewing the Organization, Hierarquization and the tasks of the professionals educative, incentivates the efficiency and quality in the teaching and learning process. Taking account the multidimensional dynamic of the school of primary and secondary levels of IMIB , has brought a necessity of searching study related to the competences of Autonomy, management and leadership in the school of educative project to know the perception of P.E.E, of the members of the staff, teachers with their functions in the school ,ex-students and students, parents and tutors of education and administrative workers and pedagogical professionals it was used the inquiry by questionnaire. The results highly analyzed according to the national and institutional standards, give us the reality of theorical and methodological basis of the professional of the Teaching and learning process of the school, the participation of P.E.E has not been the best. To minimize this perception we have presented a model of P.E.E to the school of Primary and secondary teaching of IMIB, in which we present the objectives ,strategies, monotorization and the action active system that will give a great contribute for organization and development of learning and teaching at such school.
