Identidade da psicologia: Revisão sistemática qualitativa da literatura

Abstract

A investigação sobre a Identidade da Psicologia surgiu a partir de questionamentos e reflexões acerca do reconhecimento do papel da Intervenção Psicológica nas sociedades atuais. O presente estudo contribui para esta linha de investigação, indagando recuperar a resposta à questão central: Qual o objetivo exclusivo da Intervenção Psicológica, que a torna única quando comparada com qualquer outra profissão ou intervenção?, e espera-se ainda, examinar o motivo pela qual não tem sido estudada esta temática. Apesar da reconhecida importância da definição do objetivo exclusivo e transversal da Intervenção Psicológica, as diferentes especialidades desta classe profissional, apenas definem esse objetivo para os seus campos de atuação. A análise dos 202 estudos incluídos na revisão sistemática qualitativa da literatura permite verificar o enfoque na definição dos objetivos das áreas de Intervenção específica da Psicologia. Assim, isto poderá resultar no espartilhamento da Psicologia num conjunto de atividades que poderão ter tendência a autonomizar-se, criando outras ocupações, tal como já vai acontecendo com algumas atividades que se desenvolvem nesse sentido, no entanto, à margem da ciência psicológica. O estudo remete para a necessidade de definir distintamente a Identidade da Psicologia. Sugere-se, na sequência deste estudo, o recurso e a rentabilização de grelhas de reportório de carreira e a relevância de expandir esta reflexão num panorama internacional. This research was developed from questions and thinking about the intervention paper recognizing of the psychological intervention in the nowadays societies. The present study contributes to this line of research, seeking to find the answer to the main question: Which is the exclusive objective of the psychological intervention, that be singular when compared with any other profession or intervention?, and likewise, it is hoped to examine the reason why this subject has not been studied. Despite the recognized importance of defining the exclusive and transversal objective of Psychology Intervention, the different specialties of this professional class, just define this objective for their fields of action. The analysis of the 202 studies, included in the qualitative systematic review of the literature, allows to verify the focus in the definition of the objectives of the specific intervention areas of Psychology. Thus, this may result in the Psychology of a set of activities that may tend to become autonomous, creating other professions, as is already happening with some activities that develop in this direction, however, in the margin of psychological science. This study refers to the need to define distinctly the Psychology Identity. Following this study, we suggest the use of, and the profitability of career repertoire grids and the importance of expanding this reflection in an international scenario.
