Quais os efeitos e consequências da publicidade dirigida à criança?

Abstract

Esta Dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a publicidade abusiva em face da deficiência de julgamento e experiência da criança, em sua peculiar condição de pessoa em formação, que é facilmente influenciável e por conseguinte bastante vulnerável as campanhas publicitárias que lhe são dirigidas. Onde será demostrado possíveis efeitos danosos a estas, como também averiguar a o que foi feito para proteger as crianças em termo de legislação, e em seguida analisar a legislação existente sobre o tema.
