Do direito ou da obrigação à literacia financeira?

Abstract

O Direito Humano à Educação em Portugal, as caraterísticas legais e sociais, numa espiral de direito e necessidades que exige, inicialmente o conhecimento da sua conjuntura e um estado de alerta para as verdadeiras questões que afetam a efetivação do acesso à Educação plena como estratégia basilar da vida e evolução da sociedade. O sistema financeiro, pelos seus reflexos na saúde financeira das famílias e no crescimento económico de um país, carece de uma eficaz intervenção ao nível da inclusão financeira dos cidadãos. Não basta realizar-se estudos, é preciso retirar dos seus resultados medidas úteis e seguras, com vista a uma maior educação financeira, que não é só um direito, mas uma obrigação. The financial system, due to its repercussions on the financial health of families and the economic growth of a country, needs an effective intervention in the financial inclusion of citizens. It is not enough to carry out studies, it is necessary to take from its results useful and safe measures, with a view to a greater financial education, which is not only a right but an obligation. The Human Right to the Education in Portugal, the legal and social characteristics, in a law spiral and the needs exigence, starting by the knowledge of the structures and the alert state to the true questions that affect the real access to the Education as a basilar strategy of life and society evolution.
