What inspires young Europeans to be agents of change through social entrepreneurship? A youth social entrepreneurship model proposal

Abstract

By creating innovative solutions that help solve social problems, young social entrepreneurs constitute a driving force for sustainable development. However, previous research has given scant attention to these stakeholders. This paper aims to explore how social motivations to become self-employed, social entrepreneur image and the social impacts expected from a job can affect youth intention to create a social enterprise.
