Abstract
O presente trabalho de pesquisa resulta da problemática constatada que
consiste nas insuficiências que os supervisores manifestam na atuação do
processo de ensino/aprendizagem, cujo tema é: Atuação do supervisor
escolar e sua influência no processo de ensino/aprendizagem na Escola
Formigas do Futuro da ADPP – Benguela. Com base nestes dois elementos
metodológicos apresentados, como objetivo geral preconizou-se o seguinte:
Analisar a influência que a atuação do Supervisor Pedagógico joga no
processo de ensino/aprendizagem na escola alvo de estudo. Objetivos
específicos: Identificar a influência da atuação doSupervisor Pedagógico no
processo de ensino-aprendizagem na escola Formigas do Futuro - ADPP em
Benguela; Descrever influência da atuação do Supervisor Pedagógico no
processo de ensino – aprendizagem na escola Formigas do Futuro ADPP em
Benguela. No concernente a estrutura do trabalho, otrabalho contempla uma
introdução, na qual entre outros aspetos metodológicos, consta: o problema
de investigação do trabalho, as perguntas de investigação, os objetivos, a
importância teórica e prática da investigação, a hipótese, a população e
amostra, o tipo de investigação, os métodos, assim como as variáveis do
trabalho investigativo, técnicas e procedimentos estatísticos. No capítulo I
constam os conhecimentos teóricos obtidos da revisão bibliográfica das obras
de diversos autores já publicadas acerca da problemática em estudo e
denomina-se: Fundamentação Teórica. No capítulo II – sobre a Apresentação,
Análise e Interpretação dos Resultados da Investigação, contém tabelas,
gráficos e comentários sobre os dados recolhidos. Finalmente apresentam-se
as conclusões que realçam o alcance dos objetivos do presente trabalho e dai
as sugestões, bem como a bibliografia consultada aolongo de toda
investigação e por último apresenta-se um corpo de anexos consubstanciados
nos instrumentos da investigação.
The present research work results of the problem verified that it consists of the inadequacies that the supervisors manifest in the performance of the teaching-learning process, whose theme is: The school supervisor's performance and his/her influence in the teaching-learning process in the school Ants of the Future of ADPP - Benguela. With base in these two presented methodological elements, as general objective was extolled the following: To analyze the influence that the Pedagogic Supervisor's performance plays in the teaching-learning process in the school white of study. Specific objectives: To identify the influence of the Pedagogic Supervisor's performance in the teaching-learning process in the school Ants of the Future-ADPP in Benguela; To describe influence of the Pedagogic Supervisor's performance in the teaching process - learning in the school Ants of the FutureADPP in Benguela. In the regarding structure of the work, the work contemplates an introduction, in the which among other methodological aspects, it consists: the problem of investigation of the work, the investigation questions, the objectives, the theoretical and practical importance of the investigation, the hypothesis, the population and sample, the investigation type, the methods, as well as the variables of the Investigation techniques and statistical procedures. In the chapter I they consist the obtained theoretical knowledge of the bibliographical revision of the several authors' works published already concerning the problem in study and he/she is called: Theoretical Base. In the chapter II - about the Presentation, Analysis and Interpretationof the Results of the Investigation, it contains tables, graphs and comments on the collected data. Finally they come the conclusions that enhance the reach of the objectives of the present work and make the suggestions, as well as the bibliography consulted along all investigation and last he/she comes a body of enclosures that consists in the instruments of the investigation.
