Abstract
Com o contínuo avanço das tecnologias e plataformas digitais, conseguimos observar
que as empresas enfrentam a necessidade de se aprimorarem para se manterem atualizadas.
As marcas de luxo não são exceção. É necessário adotar uma abordagem específica e
cuidadosamente planeada em cada etapa, essencialmente nas práticas de trabalho, nas
interações com os clientes e nas diversas fases das estratégias de marketing. Os
consumidores estão cada vez mais exigentes e não toleram falhas por parte de suas marcas
favoritas.
Esta dissertação é uma pesquisa exploratória que visa aprofundar conhecimentos
sobre o tema e abordar as estratégias de marketing digital específicas para o segmento de
moda de luxo, visando destacar a importância da presença online neste mercado altamente
competitivo.
With the continuous advancement of technologies and digital platforms, we can observe that companies face the need to refine themselves to stay current. Luxury brands are no exception. It is necessary to adopt a specific and carefully planned approach at each stage, particularly in work practices, customer interactions, and various phases of marketing strategies. Consumers are becoming increasingly demanding and do not tolerate failures from their favorite brands. This dissertation is an exploratory research aiming to deepen understanding of the topic and addresses specific digital marketing strategies for the luxury fashion segment, highlighting the importance of online presence in this highly competitive market.
