Abstract
O presente relatório tem como objetivo explorar o comportamento do consumidor nas
plataformas digitais e identificar as estratégias mais eficazes para conquistar a sua
lealdade, focando nas diferenças entre os mercados de Angola e Portugal. Este
estudo foi realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular de estágio, que visa proporcionar
aos estudantes a aplicação prática dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso
em contexto real de trabalho.
O estágio foi desenvolvido na agência de marketing digital CAETSU TWO, onde se
teve a oportunidade de vivenciar e aplicar diversas estratégias de marketing digital. A
empresa destaca-se no mercado pelas suas campanhas personalizadas e gestão de
marcas, tendo a preocupação de se adaptar às especificidades culturais e
económicas de cada público-alvo.
Este relatório inclui uma revisão de literatura sobre o comportamento do consumidor
digital, as plataformas digitais e a construção de lealdade, seguida pela análise das
práticas realizadas durante o estágio, e por fim, alguns exemplos e sugestões como
a gestão de comunidades, o uso de influenciadores, a criação de conteúdos de valor
e a promoção de posts.
O estágio permitiu o desenvolvimento de competências essenciais para a atuação no
mercado digital, tais como a compreensão do comportamento do consumidor em
diferentes contextos culturais, a capacidade de adaptar estratégias de marketing e a
resposta rápidas às necessidades do mercado. Este conhecimento será fundamental
para o meu futuro profissional, contribuindo para uma atuação mais assertiva e
estratégica na área de marketing digital.
The goal of this report is to explore consumer behavior on digital platforms and identify the most effective strategies for winning their loyalty, focusing on the differences between the Angolan and Portuguese markets. This study was carried out as part of the internship curricular unit, which aims to provide students with the practical application of the knowledge acquired throughout the course in a real work context. The internship was carried out at the digital marketing agency CAETSU TWO, where it was possible to experience and apply various digital marketing strategies. The company stands out in the market for its personalized campaigns and brand management, taking care to adapt to the cultural and economic specificities of each target audience. This report includes a literature review on digital consumer behavior, digital platforms and building loyalty, followed by an analysis of the practices carried out during the internship, and finally some examples and suggestions such as managing communities, using influencers, creating valuable content and promoting posts. The internship allowed me to develop essential skills for working in the digital market, such as understanding consumer behavior in different cultural contexts, the ability to adapt marketing strategies and respond quickly to market needs. This knowledge will be fundamental to my future career. Keywords:
