Abstract
O presente relatório surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Marketing e Negócios Digitais da
Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique; na sequência do estágio curricular realizado,
durante o período de seis meses, na Associação Empresarial de Portugal (AEP), entre
25/10/2021 e 11/04/2022, em regime de full-time.
Assim, este relatório tem como objetivo apresentar o trabalho de estágio, analisando e
explanando as estratégias de Marketing Digital colocadas em prática por parte do Departamento
de Marketing aos projetos em desenvolvimento das diversas áreas de negócio da AEP.
Este relatório foi elaborado com base no estágio realizado na, retratando a sua forma
característica de trabalhar e apresentando as responsabilidades e atividades desenvolvidas. O
trabalho prático desenvolvido foi suportado por uma revisão de literatura, recorrendo-se à análise
de artigos, livros e publicações.
Conclui-se que as redes e plataformas sociais são uma componente fulcral para uma boa
imagem e notoriedade da entidade acolhedora de estágio e uma forma relevante de adquirir
novos públicos e de comunicar com o seu público atual.
Adicionalmente, para uma comunicação mais objetiva e com target bem definido
(empresas ou contactos de setores específicos de negócio) o e-mail marketing é também uma
opção relevante, quando implementada por meio de sistemas de automação.
This report is the result of the curricular internship of the Master in Marketing and Digital Business, carried out during a period of six months, at Associação Empresarial de Portugal (AEP), between 25/10/2021 and 11/04/2022, full-time. Thus, this report aims to present the internship work, analysing and explaining the Digital Marketing strategies put into practice by the Marketing Department to the projects under development in the several business areas of AEP. This report was prepared based on the internship carried out at, portraying its characteristic way of working and presenting the responsibilities and activities developed. The practical work developed was supported by a literature review, using the analysis of articles, books and publications. It was concluded that social networks and platforms are a key component for a good image and notoriety of the internship host entity and a relevant way to acquire new audiences and to communicate with its current public. Additionally, for a more objective communication and with a well-defined target (companies or contacts from specific business sectors) e-mail marketing is also a relevant option, when implemented through automation systems.
