O direito à educação como direito fundamental

Abstract

Breve surgir dos direitos fundamentais e da consagração de direitos humanos e seus textos para seguir os textos constitucionais portugueses até à atual Constituição da República Portuguesa com especial atenção no direito à educação nos textos referidos ao longo dessa evolução. Briefly emerge from the fundamental rights and the consecration of human rights and its texts to follow the Portuguese constitutional texts until the present Constitution of the Portuguese Republic with special attention in the right to education in the texts referred to throughout this evolution.
